MUSIC TIME PROGRAMS
Hi! My name is Heather Scott and I have worked at St. Marks since 2007 as the music teacher. I work in all the classrooms individually throughout the week to expose all the children to all kinds of music. We have a great time learning songs and dancing.
Also, we explore music from all over the world with its different sounds and languages. The children perform in a Christmas Program every year - always a GREAT time!
I think it is so important to include the arts in educational development at all ages, and starting at a young age is the best way to cultivate a love and appreciation for music.
